On Saturday, October 22, 2016, the Carolina Eagles hosted the Potomac Patriots in two USPHL League matchups.  The Eagles teams swept both games, while welcoming a new fan, 5 year old Aaron Bereton, who witnessed his first Junior Hockey game up close.  Aaron and his dad Tim Bereton, were invited into the Eagles Elite locker room before the game.  The team presented Aaron with a signed stick and a junior puck.  He then was the teams guest on the bench during warm ups and stayed for the game to cheer the Eagles on.  Aaron is in learn-to-play hockey and according to his dad is still talking about his game day experience with the Eagles.
