Coaching Philosophy:

I am passionate about helping players, teams and coaches set high standards and then striving everyday to meet those levels of expectation. I believe in the fundamentals of the game, and being able to mentally and physically adjust to situations in the game. I teach honesty, accountability and big team concepts that draw out an individuals skills and creativity. I like fun, high tempo practices that mirror game situations. I organize practices that develop team cohesion, team and individual expectations, skills, communication and situational awareness through purposeful repetition. I believe in allowing players to see who they are and help them develop into who they aspire to be. I want to create the environment that allows athletes to mature, gain confidence and reach their maximum potential.
I am a passionate student, coach and fan of the game of hockey. I desire to be surrounded by players, parents and coaches that share that passion. I am grateful for the opportunity to live my hockey dream and help others to live theirs.
